Returns/Exchanges

Returns are accepted for an exchange or in store credit within 14 days of purchase. Sorry no refunds

Sale items are FINAL SALE as well as undergarments such as bralettes, hats, headbands, or beanies due to hygiene reasons.

All items must be returned with original tags attached and in unworn, unwashed, and smoke free condition to receive an exchange or store credit.

We carefully inspect all orders before shipping, but in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, we must be notified within 5 days of receiving the product to receive a refund. Kay’s Closet Boutique will cover all costs associated with replacing and returning damaged or defective items.

If more than 5 days has passed, then the item is eligible for a store credit only. Damages must be reported prior to item being worn or washed. Tags must still be attached.  

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
